Thomas Michael Eastman (born 21 October 1991) is an English professional footballer who plays for Football League One side Colchester United.

Thomas Micheal Eastman started playing football at the age of eight for his local team, Weeley, in Essex. Eastman was picked up by Ipswich at the age of nine came through the youth system before being offered a professional contract by manager Roy Keane. His debut came in a 3–0 defeat to Sheffield United – a game which Keane gave a number of debuts to youth players.[2] Eastman was also sent-off on his 58th minute by referee Andy D'Urso on his debut for two bookable offences. He was given the number 23 shirt for the 2010–11 season. Eastman was one of only two players to be offered a professional contract after going through Ipswich's youth system since the age of nine, the other being Jamie Griffiths. In April 2011 he was offered an initial six month contract extension by the club.[3]
After rejecting the offer of a new contract with Ipswich, he signed a two-year deal with League One side Colchester United. On 13 September 2011, Crawley Town signed Eastman on an emergency loan.[4] Eastman returned to his parent club on 19 October 2011 after making six appearances for Crawley.[5]
